Project brief

Advertised as a “simple landing page”, this project was in fact a new complete online cabin cruise booking website. The only difference being that reservations were made via a contact form rather than going directly through a payment service connected to the site.

Tasks

• Design and develop a website respecting the SamBoat graphic charter
• Link boats and cruises by retrieving content from websites belonging to the parent company (Dream Yacht Worldwide)
• Create an easy-to-use administrator space to manage dates, prices, promotions, etc. for SamBoat’s marketing teams.
• Multilingual website (English and French to begin with)
• Management of hosting on Platform.sh and modifications via Bitbucket
